About Scott

Scott Morgan received his Bachelors Degree in Business from LSU before attending the University of Houston Law Center.

Scott is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a credential held by only 1% of Texas attorneys.  Scott has successfully handled hundreds of divorce and family law cases. Frequently these cases involved very complicated property divisions or contested custody issues. Scott has also represented many clients in agreed divorces and all other types of family law matters, as well as the preparation and execution of premarital agreements.

As a divorced father of two, Scott is has not only the legal expertise but also the practical experience of a single father to help you navigate through the potential pitfalls of divorce.
